The unexpected rooftop on the edge of the Canal

A friendly restaurant with gourmet cuisine

The Arkose Cantine Canal is all about indus' ambience and vintage furniture. The waxed concrete floor is warmed by wooden screens that let in the light. On the ceiling, wooden light fittings blend with colored ones to add a little pizzazz. Amidst the tables, a magnificent fig tree adds a touch of greenery to the place's meticulous decor. Super bonus: a rooftop where you can enjoy summer evenings with friends or family, overlooking the Brussels canal. What more could you ask for!

From his travels in the South Pacific, Chef Christophe has brought back colors and flavors. The challenge of our canteen is to make the simple beautiful and good. Here, ancient vegetables meet modern recipes.

Ethical and aesthetic pleasure

Time to do it right.

Fast life, fast fashion, fast food... Pause.

La Cantine chooses to put the table back at the center and give it time. Time to meet ultra-passionate artisans and producers, to choose the products tasted with meticulous care. Time to rediscover the taste of fruit and vegetables, to follow the rhythm of the seasons, to rediscover the world of plants and not just meat, to be surprised, amazed and questioned. Time to find THE most stylish and comfortable armchair after months of searching. To find the new eco-responsible material for the bar or the tables,

Oskare was born out of Arkose. Spontaneously our urban bouldering parks have created a truly eclectic community of climbers. The “Natural-Urban-Climbing” equation is bearing fruit, and it's between two openings, a good plate or a drink that connections are created, and encounters welded.

We wanted to create a strong link between you and us. The idea of a collection of beers seemed the right one... A good froth, a smile and lots of exchanges! The embodiment of the Arkose spirit after all.
