Each session is carefully tailored to the energy of the group, focusing on technique, alignment and enjoyment of the practice. With a balance of challenge and relaxation, Alicja, an anatomy buff and sports enthusiast, is dedicated to fostering self-discovery and growth through yoga.

Daniel is a versatile yoga teacher who began his Yogi journey in 2012. Since then, he has completed a master's degree in exercise physiology, to better understand how the body adapts to exertion. Dylan discovered yoga in 2020 as a physical hobby used as a muscle awakener. This passion soon evolved into a fulfilling daily routine. Subsequently, his desire to learn more led him to travel to India to study two styles of yoga, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. It was on his return from this trip that he developed a taste for the philosophical and spiritual. Always with joy and good humor, Dylan offers classes combining physical posture, breathing techniques and meditation. This young man is constantly learning, and invites his students to progress with him in a spirit of sharing and joy.
