Gentle but intense postural yoga. By holding postures for long periods of time, the muscles are strengthened in depth for maximum gain. The key? Improved proprioception and better posture, so you're sure to succeed with your throws!

With our wake up sessions, you’re about to become one!

6 morning sessions to start your day right and experience the benefits of yoga on your body and mind.

On the agenda: 1 hour of fitness coaching with an instructor, followed by 30 minutes of yoga to stretch out the muscles that worked hard. Breakfast on-site or to go, to fuel your body after the effort! Unlimited studio access during the period, €250.
